Call for Participants: Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Borders of Freedom”

8–17 July 2025 | Międzybrodzie Bialskie, Poland

The Klaster Innowacji Społecznych (Poland) is now accepting applications for the international youth exchange “Borders of Freedom”, organised under the Erasmus+ Programme (KA151-YOU). The exchange will take place from 8 to 17 July 2025 in Czernichów, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland.

This project will bring together young people from Poland, Armenia, Georgia, Greece, and Spain to explore the topic of democracy, civic participation, and the growing challenge of authoritarianism in Europe and its neighbouring regions. Participants will engage in workshops, discussions, simulations, and intercultural learning. The exchange will culminate in the co-creation of a Youth Manifesto for Democracy.

Participant Profile

We are looking for motivated young people who:

  • Are aged 18 to 30 at the time of the activity,
  • Are residents of one of the participating countries (Poland, Armenia, Georgia, Greece, Spain),
  • Have a genuine interest in democracy, civic engagement, or political and social issues,
  • Are committed to full participation, including pre-departure and follow-up activities.

We particularly encourage applications from young people with fewer opportunities, including those from rural or disadvantaged backgrounds, migrants, and first-time participants in Erasmus+ mobility.
