Cukinia z arabskiegie brzmi "kousa". Jest to warzywo do jedzenia, ale tu w Egipcie ma jeszcze inne zastosowanie. A oto przykład:)
- Chciałbym załatwić te papiery w urzędzie. Ale to jest takie skomplikowane i tyle czasu trzeba stać w kolejkach, a i tak nie wiadomo, czy uda się wszystko załatwić!
- A nie masz tam "kousa"?
- Niestety nie!
Cukinia jest warzywem, które dość gwałtownie się psuje, szczególnie w tak gorącym klimacie, jaki panuje w Egipcie. Kiedyś, kiedy sprzedawca wkraczał na targ z dużą ilością cukinii, chciał ją jak najszybciej sprzedać. Wołał więc: Cukinia, cukinia...Kupujący robili mu przejście, aby mógł jak najszybciej znaleźć miejsce i zająć się sprzedażą. Cukinia torowała mu drogę.
Obecnie słowo to jest także używane na określenie osoby, pośrednika, który mógłby nam pomóc w załatwieniu spraw w urzędzie i innych ważnych miejscach. Dzięki "kousa" łatwiej niektórym udaje się dostać na studia, zdobyć znaczący podpis czy umówić się na ważne spotkanie. Taka osobo toruje nam drogę przez stosy papierów czy biurokrację.
My też mamy takiego Pośrednika, który toruje nam drogę do Ojca w Niebie. Jezus jest dla nas cudownym Pośrednikiem i dzięki Niemu, nie musimy "stać w kolejce" aby spotkać się i porozmawiać z naszym Bogiem. Przez Pana Jezusa mamy bezpośredni dostęp do tronu Ojca.

Once upon a time, when a seller entered the market with a large quantity of zucchini, he wanted to sell it as quickly as possible. So he called out: Zucchini, zucchini... The buyers made way for him so that he could find a place as quickly as possible and start selling. Zucchini paved the way for him.
Currently, this word is also used to describe a person, an intermediary, who could help us deal with matters at the office and other important places. Thanks to "cousa", it is easier for some people to get into college, get a significant signature or arrange an important meeting. Such a person clears our way through piles of papers and bureaucracy.
We also have a Mediator who paves the way for us to the Father in Heaven. Jesus is a wonderful Mediator for us and thanks to Him, we do not have to "stand in queue" to meet and talk to our God. Through the Lord Jesus we have direct access to the Father's throne.
